Annual Kids’ Editions Almost Here

By Ron Kopczick | August 1, 2008

August means the return of the school year for most of the United States. Not far behind the resumption of classes are the annual Today’s Pentecostal Evangel Kids’ Editions.

For the seventh and fifth consecutive years, respectively, the Evangel will publish a Kids’ Edition in English and Spanish. The English version will be produced for Oct. 12, while the Spanish edition is Evangelio Pentecostal Hoy’s fall release.

As in the past, the Kids’ Editions will contain interesting stories, activities, and a strong biblical message for elementary-aged children. Every church is encouraged to order extra copies for the boys and girls in its congregation and community.

The Kids’ Editions can be used for: Sunday School, children’s church, welcome packets, parades, fairs, festivals, follow-up mailings, doctor’s office placement, and Halloween handouts at the homes of church members.

Orders are being taken for both Kids’ Editions by Gospel Publishing House at 1-800-641-4310. The English version (#69-7841) will be available in mid-September, while the Spanish issue (#69-7855) is scheduled to be published by early October.

Cost for the Kids’ Editions are 25 cents per copy when a total order of 50 is placed. Copies are 50 cents each when less than 50 issues are requested.

Any church or ministry ordering at least 400 total copies of the Kids’ Editions by Sept. 30 can receive a free customized text message on the back of every copy. The specialized imprinting can increase the effectiveness of any outreach. Further information is available by calling GPH or the Evangel office at (417) 862-2781, ext. 4107.
